Does ChurchSystem work with M-Pesa?
Yes. Each church connects its own Paybill or Till number, so giving goes straight to the church account. Members can give by STK push and every payment is recorded automatically.
Do we need our own SMS provider?
You connect your own provider, such as Africa's Talking, Advanta, Celcom or Mobitech, so you control your sender name and your costs. Email works the same way, through your own SMTP account.
Can we manage more than one branch?
Yes. Branches have their own admins and data, and can optionally use their own Paybill or Till number, while leadership still sees the whole church.
Who can see counseling and pastoral records?
Only the pastors you allow. Access to those records is restricted and every view is logged.
Is our data kept private?
Each church's data is kept separate from every other church. Integration secrets are encrypted, important actions are recorded in an audit trail, and the system is designed to support the Kenya Data Protection Act.
